Music is the driver of my workouts and, essentially, my push factor through tough sets. Well, let’s just say that when I listen to music during my workout, I am amped up and empowered to push through. My internal vibration tunes in to the wavelengths of heavy bass and afro beats. Twerk music, ATL music from TI to Outkast, Bun B, R&B classics for cooldowns and slow reps, gospel music for inspiration, and more are just an insight to my playlist. My musical chemistry varies.
However, the one thing that is consistent is the nice quality sound of the bass and afro beats. That is my vibe!
